Pursuant to the Retirement Board Bylaws Section 1.6, and County Employees Retirement Law, a Board Member Election was held for Seat # 7, Safety Representative.
A Notice of Election was distributed to Safety members on June 30, 2026. The deadline for nomination papers was July 15, 2026.
Only one Safety member, Joshua Clayton, submitted a nomination form. Joshua Clayton is therefore declared the winner for Retirement Board Seat #7, Safety Representative.
Joshua Clayton will begin a new three-year term on August 25, 2026 -June 30, 2029.
